From technical training and tactical understanding to confidence-building and character development, we believe great coaching goes far beyond the game itself. Every coach at Roc Soccer is committed to creating a positive, competitive, and family-centered culture where players are challenged, supported, and inspired every step of the way. Owner & Sporting Director

Leads the vision, culture, and strategic direction of Roc Soccer Club. Responsible for building a player-first organization that prioritizes development, integrity, and community at every level.

General Manager

Oversees club operations, staff coordination, and family experience. Ensures every program runs smoothly and that Roc Soccer families receive clear, professional, and consistent communication.

Oversees all boys travel and premier teams, managing player placement, coach development, and competitive programming to ensure every boy is challenged and supported at the right level.

Leads all girls travel and premier programs, focusing on technical excellence, tactical development, and building a culture where every girl feels confident, valued, and inspired to grow.

Plans and executes all summer camps, seasonal clinics, and specialty training sessions, bringing high-energy professional coaching to players of all ages and abilities.
